NOTES:
1 Height limitations do not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas and domes, water towers, and fire and hose towers. Towers or antennas, windmills or wind generators shall not be constructed in any district more than five feet above the roofline of any structure located on the real property of the proposed tower or similar structure. No observation towers, transmission towers, chimneys, smokestacks, radio towers, masts and aerials shall be constructed at a height greater than 50 feet, except according to state and federal regulations. All towers and antennas and similar structures shall be built pursuant to the terms of the applicable building codes.
