It shall be unlawful for a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years with exceptions as provided by law, to enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered to him any alcoholic beverage.

It shall be unlawful for a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years with exceptions as provided by law to consume any alcoholic beverage or to purchase, attempt to purchase, or have another purchase for him, any alcoholic beverage on any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

No person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, with exceptions provided by law, shall order, be served with, have in his or her possession, or consume, any alcoholic beverages on any public street or in any public place in the Township of Bernards. No person shall invite or induce any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to be served with, or have in his or her possession, any alcoholic beverages on any public street or in any public place in the Township of Bernards.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter III, section 3-1. (New)
