Whenever the Board of Health shall be requested to make quarterly check valve tightness tests or yearly complete teardown examinations and tests of any connection between an approved public water supply system and an unapproved water supply system in the Township of Bernards, the owner shall, before doing said work, pay the fee set forth in Chapter BH:15 of the Revised Ordinance of the Township of Bernards, New Jersey.
