There is hereby established a Personnel Committee
to consist of three members of the Board of Health, one of whom shall
be the President of the Board of Health and two members appointed
by the President.

The members shall be appointed annually at the
reorganization meeting of the Board. Each member shall serve for a
term of one year.
|

c.
|
The duties of the Personnel Committee shall
be to conduct a supervisory performance evaluation for the Health
Officer and to review such other personnel issues as may arise as
determined by the President of the Board of Health. The supervisory
performance evaluation for the Health Officer shall be conducted no
later than April of each calendar year, on notice to the Health Officer.
The Personnel Committee shall submit its recommendations to the full
Board of Health for approval at the next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Board.
