Article I Water Pollution Control Authority

[Adopted 1-8-1979, effective 2-1-1979]

§ 5-1 Title.

This Article shall be known as the "Water Pollution Control Authority Ordinance."

§ 5-2 Authority designated; powers.

Pursuant to Public Act 78-154,[1] the Town Council of the Town of Mansfield is hereby designated as the Water Pollution Control Authority for the Town of Mansfield with all of the powers as set forth in said Public Act 78-154 and in Chapter 103 of the Connecticut General Statutes.

Article II Traffic Authority

[The Traffic Authority exists under the provisions of C.G.S. § 14-297(6), and it consists of the Town Manager, Senior Resident Trooper, Town Planner, Public Works Director, Fire Marshal and Town Engineer.]
