The term "manufactured home" and the term "mobile home" hereinabove defined have meanings for the purpose of this chapter different from the definition of the term "mobile home" and the term "mobile dwelling" as defined in Chapter 275, Zoning.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed or interpreted to permit a use of real property within the Town of Sullivan outside the Village of Chittenango prohibited, restricted, or conditioned by virtue of Chapter 275, Zoning, and the provisions thereof shall be fully applicable in addition to the provisions hereof, except as otherwise provided for at § 142-7 above.
Reference herein to the Zoning Law of the Town of Sullivan shall mean Chapter 275, Zoning, as is in effect on the effective date of this chapter, and the same as may hereafter be amended, and any future law of the Town of Sullivan regulating zoning.
