§ 124-1 Fees for certain amusements.

The fee for Sunday licenses under Chapter 136 of the General Laws of Massachusetts shall be as set forth in Chapter 174, Fees, for the following:

A. Each single event.

B. Annual license for all events other than for the keeping of pool tables, jukeboxes and the performance of musical entertainment other than for dancing.

C. Annual fee for the keeping of pool tables on Sundays.

D. Annual fee for the keeping of jukeboxes on Sundays

E. Annual fee for the performance of musical entertainment other than for dancing on Sundays.
