The following schedule of fees is hereby established
with respect to licenses, permits and activities required or regulated
under the provisions of various chapters of the Code of the Township
of Evesham. Applications for and the issuance of such licenses and
permits shall be subject to the provisions of the specific chapter
of this Code which is indicated for each type of license or permit.
The business, activity or operation for which the license or permit
is required shall be subject to all regulations set forth in the chapter
to which reference is made.

Exemptions.

No federal, state, county or local
government, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, shall be required
to pay any construction permit fee, surcharge or training fee for
the erection or alteration of any publicly owned building or structure
or part thereof. A plan review fee, when applicable, shall be charged
for Board of Education projects.

|
No nonprofit corporation shall be required
to pay any construction permit fee, surcharge or training fee for
rehabilitating housing units for occupancy by low- and moderate-income
households as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:27D-126d.

No person shall be required to pay
any construction permit, surcharge or training fee for construction
to solely promote accessibility by disabled persons as defined in
N.J.S.A. 52:27D-126e to an existing private or public structure or
facilities therein.
