A fee of $20 shall be imposed for any check which is returned to the Borough of Hampton as not paid for insufficient funds.

A. 
A fee of $5 shall be charged for the first duplicate copy of a tax bill requested per fiscal year by any mortgagee, servicing organization or property tax processing organization.
B. 
A fee of $25 shall be charged for each subsequent duplicate copy of the same tax bill requested in the same fiscal year by any mortgagee, servicing organization or property tax processing organization.
