It shall be the responsibility of the Village
Board or its duly authorized agents to enforce the provisions of this
chapter. The Village Board of Trustees shall have the general power
to enact the implementing rules and regulations as necessary for Village
refuse collection consistent to this chapter.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
fine. Each day of continued violation is a separate and distinct offense.
Each violation is subject to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment
for not more than 15 days, or both.
