Collection of garbage and general household
refuse shall be made. The dates and conditions shall be fixed by resolution
of the Council.

A.
No garbage shall be put out for collection more than
18 hours prior to the scheduled day of collection. All garbage receptacles,
as well as any uncollectible items, shall be removed from the curbside
no later than 12:00 midnight on the scheduled day of collection.

B.
No materials shall be put out for collection in such
a way so as to block any public sidewalk, road or other public right-of-way.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate
any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable
by a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a period not exceeding
90 days and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
