The Township of Bloomfield hereby does offer
a reward not to exceed $200 to any person or persons who supply information
and is or are instrumental in the arrest and conviction of any person
or persons who have willfully or maliciously destroyed, damaged or
defaced any real or personal property of another, either of a public
or private nature.
The reward shall be paid to such person or persons
as the municipal governing body may, in its discretion, deem entitled
thereto, but no such reward may be paid to any public employee whose
duty it is to investigate or to enforce the law.
