No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged
an apparatus commonly known as a "paintball gun" or any air guns,
pellet guns or any other instrument which propels projectiles in and
about any public property within the Township of Bloomfield, including
but not limited to public parks, playgrounds, open space, recreation
facilities or any other public facility. Any discharge of any such
device in or about a private property within the Township shall be
performed only with the consent of the property owner and in a manner
as to ensure that the device is confined to the limits of the private
property where discharged.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-15, General penalty, of this Code.
