No person shall convey manure, grain mash, offal,
garbage or similar material in any vehicle through, along or upon
any street in the Township unless such manure, grain mash, offal,
garbage or similar material shall be adequately covered so as to prevent
the spilling or dropping of such material on the highway or odors
arising therefrom. No such material shall be permitted to leak or
ooze upon the street from the vehicle.
A.Â
No person shall carry or convey in receptacles, carts
or vehicles of any description whatever in this Township any refuse
or animal flesh, fat, carrion or putrid meat, except between the hours
of 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
B.Â
The carrying or conveying in receptacles, carts or
vehicles of any description whatever through the streets of any animal
flesh, fat, carrion or putrid meat at any other time and in any other
manner than is herein specified is hereby defined and declared to
be and does constitute a nuisance.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the provisions of Chapter 578, Article V.[1]
