There is hereby established the position of
Police Chaplain in the Law Enforcement Department, and the person
or persons so designated shall be appointed for an annual term by
resolution of the Township Council. Any person appointed as Chaplain
shall be an ordained clergyman in good standing in the religious body
for which that person is selected. Such Chaplain shall become a member
of the Law Enforcement Department, without rank and without salary.
