All builders undertaking construction projects in the Township
of Toms River shall, as a prerequisite to the Construction Official's
final inspection of the building in question, supply to the Township
Construction Official verified written documentation that all debris
resulting from said construction has been properly disposed of with
the location and method of said disposal being made known therein.
