Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the following fees shall be applicable in and payable to the Village of Mill Neck:
A. 
Garage sale, tag sale or auction permit fee: $50.[1]

B.

Estimated cost not exceeding $2,000: $100.
(2) 
Estimated cost exceeding $2,000: $100 plus $10 for each additional $1,000 of estimated cost or fraction thereof.
(3) 
Permit renewal: $200 or 1/2 of the original permit fee, whichever is the greater sum.

E. 
Certificates of occupancy:[5]

Certificate of occupancy fee: $50.
(2) 
Escrow: $500 or 1/2 of the original building permit fee, whichever is the greater sum.

Certification of occupancy: $100.

Certified copy of approved permit: $25.

Demolition permit fee: $75; renewal thereof shall be $200.
