[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Butler 12-20-1990 as Ord. No. 1345. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
The City of Butler enters into and executes an agreement with the West Penn Power Company providing for the lighting of streets, alleys and public places of the City of Butler, said agreement to be in a form submitted by the company and now on file with the City Clerk.
B. 
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Butler, Pennsylvania
C. 
The proper officials of the City of Butler are hereby authorized to contract with said company for any electric light or power service other than that provided for in §A266-1 of this ordinance. Contracts may be entered into for such other service when needed, in accordance with the company's applicable rate schedules and rules and regulations as filed with the Public Utility Commission.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed in so far as they conflict with provisions hereof.
