An administrative fee not to exceed $50 incurred
by the Township for mailing a notice of delinquency to collect a delinquent
municipal claim shall be assessed against the property as a cost of
collection pursuant to the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act.[1] The actual cost of certified postage, as charged by the
United States Postal Service, for mailing a notice of delinquency
by certified mail, return receipt requested, may be assessed against
the property as a cost of collection.
