The position of Chief Financial Officer of the
City of Linwood is hereby created by the Common Council of the City
of Linwood.
The Chief Financial Officer of the City of Linwood
shall be an individual who is a certified municipal finance officer
and shall be appointed by the municipality on an annual basis until
such time as tenure may be granted.
This article is adopted consistent with and
in compliance with all provisions as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1
et seq.
