Before a construction permit may be issued for
the construction, installation and/or development of an energy-creating
device which is to be built on to an existing structure or built as
an independent and separate structure, site plans for the structure
or device and its site must be submitted to the Linwood Planning Board
for its approval.
The provisions of this article and requirement
for site plan approval with regard to the installation, construction
and/or development of energy-creating devices is applicable in all
zones of the City of Linwood.
