With regard to all lateral installations in
the City of Linwood, the lateral connections, including those made
in major and minor subdivisions, shall be cemented to existing six-inch
sewer laterals.
No existing sewer laterals in the City of Linwood
shall be cut or altered in any manner and, if any alteration on existing
laterals is contemplated or anticipated, the Sewer Department of the
City of Linwood must be notified prior to the commencement of said
work, and approval must be obtained from said Department prior to
commencement thereof.
