There is hereby established a Comprehensive
Zoning Plan for the City of Linwood, which plan is set forth in the
text and map that constitute this chapter. Said plan is adopted to
promote the public health, safety, morals, general welfare and all
other purposes enumerated in 40:55D-1 et seq. of the Revised Statutes
of the State of New Jersey.
