No disabled or unregistered vehicles shall be
stored in any district except in an enclosed building. A motor vehicle
shall be deemed to be stored if it has been on the property for a
time period of at least 10 days. No motor vehicle which is on blocks,
car campers or any type of lifting device shall be left unattended
unless housed within a garage. No motor vehicle shall be stored on
any surface which is not paved, graveled or stoned unless parked a
minimum of 10 feet from any property line.
