§ 73-1 Employee attendance required.

Any business, commercial or industrial enterprise within the Borough of Kenilworth must have an employee in attendance on the enterprise premises at all times that the same is open to the public to conduct business.

§ 73-2 Enforcement; violations and penalties.

Members of the Kenilworth Police Department and the Zoning Enforcement Officer are hereby authorized to enforce this Article and issue a summons for any violation. Any title owner, managing officer/agent or tenant of an enterprise premises found in violation of this Article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or commitment to the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both.
