Any business, commercial or industrial enterprise within the Borough of Kenilworth must have an employee in attendance on the enterprise premises at all times that the same is open to the public to conduct business.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II)]
Members of the Kenilworth Police Department and the Zoning Officer are hereby authorized to enforce this article and issue a summons for any violation. Any title owner, managing officer/agent or tenant of an enterprise premises found in violation of this article shall be subject to the general penalty set forth in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty, of the Borough of Kenilworth Code.
