[Amended 1-2-2009]
No person shall maintain for camping purposes or as living quarters,
beyond seven days, within the limits of the Borough of Kenilworth
any trailer or other vehicle, unless same is properly connected with
the public sanitary sewer system and has an adequate supply of potable
water; nor shall any trailer or other such vehicle be maintained in
such manner as to be or create a nuisance.

The Borough of Kenilworth adopts and incorporates by reference
the State of New Jersey Housing Code, N.J.A.C. 5:28-1.1 through 1.13
inclusive.
