It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any rifle, pistol, air or gas gun loaded with ball, bullets or other slugs within the borders of the Town.
The provisions of this article shall not apply to:
A. 
Police officers and military officers in the line of duty;
B. 
Members and guests firing for purposes of sporting competition at an approved rod and gun club, rifle range or shooting gallery which is properly supervised.

The sale of the following by street vendors within the Town is prohibited: “silly string,” “snappers,” smoke bombs and all other similar products including but not limited to those that ignite, explode or fire a projectile.
Any street vendor selling or dispensing such products shall have such items confiscated and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100 for each offense.
