It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any rifle, pistol,
air or gas gun loaded with ball, bullets or other slugs within the borders
of the Town.
The provisions of this article shall not apply to:

The sale of the following by street vendors within the Town is prohibited:
“silly string,” “snappers,” smoke bombs and all other
similar products including but not limited to those that ignite, explode or
fire a projectile.
Any street vendor selling or dispensing such products shall have such
items confiscated and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100 for each
offense.
