No person shall operate any watercraft on any pond, river or water way so as to endanger life, limb or property.
No person shall operate any watercraft on any pond, river or other water way in the Town at an unreasonable rate of speed.
No person shall operate a watercraft powered by motor at a distance of closer than 25 feet to any other watercraft on any pond, river or waterway in the Town.
