C & L Realty has filed a written consent with the Township of Montville that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at Don Pepes II located in the Township of Montville, County of Morris, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:
A. 
All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.
B. 
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
C. 
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grass area or pedestrian walkways or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
D. 
All signs, posts, bolts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. Work shall be checked by the Police Department to ensure installations meet state and federal specifications, and all signing shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
E. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for term not exceeding 15 days, or both. Every person convicted of a violation of the handicapped parking provisions of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a fine of $250 for the first offense and, for subsequent offenses, a fine of at least $250 and up to 90 days' community service on such terms and in such form as the court shall deem appropriate, or any combination thereof.

Longview at Montville C.O.A. has filed a written consent with the Township of Montville that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at Longview at Montville located in the Township of Montville, County of Morris and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

Under the authority of N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, the following traffic regulations shall apply to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at The Camp Dawson Park located in the Township of Montville, County of Morris:
A. 
General parking.
(1) 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided, as shown on the attached site plan, except in the overflow parking area as described in Subsection A(3).
