The Township of Montville is to be comprised
of 18 election districts which are to be described as follows:

Election District No. 1. Beginning at the northernmost
boundary, where the Montville/Kinnelon Border joins the Montville/Boonton
Township border on the west; thence eastward along the Montville/Kinnelon
border to the intersection of Boonton Avenue; thence generally southwest
along the back of lots on the easterly side of Boonton Avenue to the
intersection of Masar Road; thence crossing Masar Road along the north
side of tax lot 47.06, block 3 to the rear line of lots along Turkey
Hill Road; thence generally southeast along the rear line of lots
on Turkey Hill Road to the rear line of lots on Quarry Mountain Road;
