Stormwater control — See Ch. 323.
All drainage facilities, such as ditches, streams, creeks, culverts, drains, pipes, swales, gutters and drainage structures, shall be kept open and free flowing at all times. It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or place debris, vegetative waste, plowed or shoveled snow or ice, or material of any type whatsoever, or to cause such to be thrown or placed into or onto the banks of any drainage facility under the control of the Township or any municipal, county, state or federal governmental agency.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to such penalties as are provided for in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
