[Adopted by Ord. No. 1308 as Ch. 8.28 of the 1998 Code]
No person shall set or place out for collection any garbage, ashes, refuse, rubbish or other material, other than grass cuttings, leaves and brush when authorized for a pickup service, along any streets or public thoroughfares in the Township of Montville before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to the collection day. All refuse receptacles placed along any streets shall be removed by 11:00 p.m. of the same day that refuse has been collected.

Any person or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
