This article shall be known and may be cited
as the "Township Property Ordinance."
A.
No intoxicated person shall be permitted on Township
property.
B.
No gambling or any obscene or indecent act or any
abusive, threatening, indecent or profane language or any conduct
that may annoy others shall be allowed on Township property.
C.
No person shall solicit claims or subscriptions on
Township property.
D.
No person shall carry or use firearms or throw stones
or other missiles or leave dead animals or offensive matter of any
kind on Township property.
E.
No person shall scatter, drop or leave any paper,
rag, garbage, dead flowers or plants, glass, tin cans or other rubbish
anywhere on Township property except in receptacles provided for such
purpose.
F.
No person shall injure, damage or deface any buildings,
structure, fences, bridges or other Township property, nor climb any
tree or break, cut down, trample upon, remove or in any manner injure
or damage any ornament, rock, stone, tree, plant, shrub or turf, nor
foul nor contaminate any stream or water.
G.
No person shall injure, deface or destroy any public
signs or notices posted on Township property.
H.
No advertisement, placard or notice, except public
notices, shall be posted or distributed on Township property.
I.
No animal(s) owned by any person shall be permitted
on any Township property without written permission from the Township
Manager.

The use of Township property for any of the
following purposes is prohibited unless a permit is first obtained
from the Township Secretary as hereinafter provided:
The Police Department shall enforce the regulations
hereinabove set forth and shall exercise general supervision over
persons and property on all Township property.

Special permits for the use of Township property
shall be issued by the Township Secretary upon application therefor.
No charge shall be made for such permits. Fees for permits required
under this article shall be fixed by resolution of the Board of Commissioners,
which may be amended from time to time. No permit shall be issued
unless an application therefor is made to the Township Secretary,
in writing, at least 24 hours before the applicant intends to use
the same. Any person to whom a permit is issued shall be liable for
any loss, damage or injury sustained by any person or persons by reason
of the negligence or fault of the applicant, his servants, agents
or employees.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this article shall, upon summary conviction before any
District Justice of the Peace, pay a fine not exceeding $1,000 and
costs of prosecution; and in default of one payment of the fine and
costs, the violator may be sentenced to the county jail for a term
of not more than 90 days. Each and every day in which any person,
firm or corporation shall be in violation of this article shall constitute
a separate offense.
