The Board of Commissioners of the Township of
Haverford, County of Delaware, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereby
authorizes the Police Department of the Township of Haverford to utilize
the Excessive Speed Preventer (ESP) machine readouts in the enforcement
of traffic ordinances.
