There shall be a Town Sergeant appointed by
the Town Administrator and approved by the Council.
A.
The Town Sergeant shall be responsible for assisting
the Council President in maintaining order at all Council meetings.
B.
He/she shall have all the powers, privileges and immunities
of his/her office. He/she shall perform all the duties as prescribed
by the General Laws and applicable special laws and ordinances.
