As used in this part, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated:
Any motor vehicle used for business or commercial purposes,
such as the transportation of goods, wares and merchandise, including
any trailers and semi-trailers, tractors and special commercial vehicles
registered as such.
No commercial vehicle shall be parked on any
street within the City limits for a period of more than two hours,
except for the purposes of loading and unloading.
The violation of this law shall be an offense
punishable by a fine of $50 for the first violation, $100 for second
violation and $250 for each violation thereafter.
