No automobile or other vehicle, whether propelled by gasoline, motor or otherwise, shall be parked or permitted to stand on either side of Webster Street between Sweeney Street and Goundry Street for more than two hours continuously between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sunday.
All said vehicles must be parked on said portions of said Webster Street in accordance with signs posted thereon and in no other manner.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately, and the penalties provided in Section 91 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law[1] shall apply to any violations thereof.
