This article is entitled "A Local Law Increasing the Terms of
Office of the Mayor and the Trustees of the Village of Monticello
From Two to Four Years and Further Providing That General Village
Elections Shall be Held Biennially in Even-Numbered Years."
General Village elections shall hereafter be held biennially
in even-numbered years commencing with the general Village election
to be conducted in the year 1974.[1]
