Village of Monticello, NY Article XIII Truck Exclusions

§ 252-34 All trucks excluded from certain streets.

All trucks are hereby excluded from the following highways within this Village:

§ 252-35 Maximum gross weight limits.

Trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of the indicated maximum gross weights are hereby excluded from the following streets or highways within the Village of Monticello, or parts thereof:

Thompsonville Road	7 tons	Entire length of Thompsonville Road in the Village of Monticello (sometimes called "Rock Ridge Street" in the Town of Thompson), from the intersection of the westerly end of Thompsonville Road with Route 42 (Pleasant Street) to the end of Thompsonville Road as it enters into the Town of Thompson and ends at its most southeasterly terminus at its intersection with East Broadway, the latter part of such location being outside of the boundaries of the Incorporated Village of Monticello and within the Town of Thompson

§ 252-36 Local deliveries and pickups exempted.

The regulations established in this article shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such trucks are otherwise excluded.
