No commercial vehicle, truck, tractor, truck trailer, tractor-trailer
combination, travel trailer, truck camper, camping trailer, motor
home or licensed camper vehicle shall park on the following highways,
nor shall said highways or properties fronting upon said highways
be used for the sale of goods, wares or merchandise from motor vehicles:

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, store or maintain any tractor trailer, semitrailer, tractor, tractor-trailer combination or commercial vehicle having a weight of greater than 10,001 pounds as indicated on the registration documents for said vehicle in any front, side or rear yard, driveway or other place on property in a residential district at any time or for any period of time unless the same is in a private or public garage or other appropriate structure enclosed on four sides to a height sufficient to wholly screen the vehicle, erected on the property in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 280, Zoning, applicable to the district in which the property is located.
The regulations established in this article shall not be construed
to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property
along the highways upon which such vehicles are otherwise prohibited
from parking, nor the parking of such vehicles for a limited period
of time in order to expeditiously load or unload the same.
