This part applies to all public streets, highways, alleys and
places of the Village of Brockport.
[Amended 12-13-2002 by L.L. No. 3-2002]
Except where a special penalty is otherwise provided herein,
any person who violates the provisions of this part shall be guilty
of a violation and shall be subject to the performance of community
service and/or a fine of not less than $50 and a maximum fine not
exceeding $250.
