The Borough Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania authorizes
the Borough to regulate the numbering of buildings within its municipal
boundaries.
A plan for the numbering of all present buildings within the
Borough of Mount Gretna is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference as if fully set forth as the official numbering plan
of the Borough of Mount Gretna.
All property owners shall be notified in writing by regular
United States mail at their last known address setting forth the number
assigned to their property.
The Secretary of the Borough shall file an affidavit of mailing that the provision of § 73-3 of this chapter has been complied with.
Any future construction of buildings within the Borough shall
be assigned a number consistent with the attached plan.
