The said Comprehensive Community Plan shall
be accepted and adopted and hereby become the official Community Plan
of the Village of Delhi (Village Law § 7-722).[1]

Editor's Note: A copy of the Comprehensive
Plan, as provided for in § 7-722 of the Village Law, is
available for examination in the Village offices.
The above shall become effective 10 days after
posting and publication thereof pursuant to Village Law
§ 20-2004.
