This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Village of Delhi Property Maintenance Law."
The purpose of this chapter is to protect the
public health, safety and welfare and to preserve and protect the
appearance of the community by regulating the maintenance of property
which may otherwise become visually unattractive and detrimental to
the public health, safety and welfare.
