Any person applying for representation by the Township's public defender shall first pay an application fee as set forth in § 110-44 for said representation. The Municipal Magistrate may, in his or her discretion, and based upon evidence submitted to the Municipal Magistrate, waive said application fee in full or in part if the Judge determines that the application fee represents an unreasonable burden on the person seeking such representation.
