A.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of the indicated gross weights are hereby excluded from the streets and highways or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§ 202-39).
B.
The regulations established in this section shall
not apply to emergency vehicles nor shall they be construed to prevent
the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the
highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.
