Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 291-66), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village and under the Village' s jurisdiction is hereby established at 25 miles per hour, except as otherwise provided in Schedule II (§ 291-67).
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 291-68), in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 291-69), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 291-70), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 291-71), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 291-72), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 291-73), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 291-74), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 291-75), except for those engaged in the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along said streets.

No truck or other commercial vehicle and no school bus or other type of bus, as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law, shall be operated upon any street described in Schedule XXVIII: (§ 291-93) attached to and made part of this chapter, except for the purpose of making deliveries or of receiving or discharging passengers at places located on such streets which cannot be reached otherwise.
A. 
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 291-76), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as those from which all trucks, as defined in § 158 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, are excluded, except for trucks engaged in the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along said street.
B. 
This section shall not be deemed to prevent residents of the listed streets, or residents of adjoining streets that are accessible from the listed streets, from using a truck that is a principal means of transportation to drive to and from their residences.

A. 
Where sidewalks are provided and they may be used with safety, it shall be unlawful for any pedestrian to walk along and upon an adjacent roadway.
B. 
Where sidewalks are not provided, any pedestrian walking along and upon a highway shall, when practicable, walk only on the left of the roadway or its shoulder facing traffic which may approach from the opposite direction. Upon the approach of any vehicle from the opposite direction, such pedestrian shall move as far to the left as practicable.
