Pursuant to the authority provided in the Municipal Claim and
Lien Act,[1] as amended, the reasonable and appropriate attorney fees
for collection of delinquent accounts shall include:

Attorney's time billed at the regular hourly rate of the Borough
Solicitor.

Filing fees.

Out-of-pocket costs.
