A special taxing district to be supplied with
sewer treatment facilities is hereby established for the Town of Ridgefield
for the following district, a copy of said district being on file
in the office of the Town Clerk of Ridgefield, Connecticut, and available
for inspection during normal office hours, said property to include
in accordance with said plan all property now or formerly of Dr. Jordan
R. Dann; all property now or formerly of King Neptune, Inc.; all property
now or formerly of Lucille Gaeta; all property now or formerly of
Robert and Marie Ullman; all property now or formerly of Anthony B.
Cassidy and Associates, Inc.; all property now or formerly of Regional
Enterprises, Inc.; all property now or formerly of Anthony D'Alto
and Ralph Sandolo; property now or formerly of Lewis J. Finch; property
now or formerly of C. Frank and Judith Ann Chambers; property now
or formerly of Robert P. Dinardo and Donald A. Byington; property
now or formerly of the Wells Benrus Corporation; property now or formerly
of the Land Conservancy of Ridgefield; property now or formerly of
Exxon Corp.; property now or formerly of Charles L. Bakes; property
now or formerly of George L. Bakes, said property only to extend 300
feet from the center portion of Connecticut Route 7 in accordance
with the map on file in the Town Clerk's office; property now or formerly
of Jordan S. Asketh, et al; property now or formerly of Ullman Devices
Corporation, Inc.; property now or formerly of Michael Venus; property
now or formerly of F.T.F.E. Inc.; property now or formerly of G.B.
Realty, Inc.; property now or formerly of Siema Co., Inc.; property
now or formerly of Lucille Gaeta; property now or formerly of Lewis
J. Finch; property now or formerly of Armand Guigui, et al; property
now or formerly of Hialet Associates; property now or formerly of
George R. Catha; and property now or formerly of Thomas A. Morris,
all in accordance with the proposed Sewer District as illustrated
in the map on file in the Town Clerk's office.
The Sewer District established will be under
the direction of the Sewer Authority as previously provided for by
the Town of Ridgefield.
